I rather enjoyed this New Year's Eve.

Now I'm not one to feel the need to welcome the new year with a big bang, sing Auld Lang Syne and all that- its only the start of another year after all. But I daresay I had much more fun than all the MOS clubbers queuing for 500m-a simple and nice dinner with the friends closest to my heart, a walk along the esplanade with the best friend, eating durians with my parents at Geylang, and at the same time with the two besties on the phone counting down with me and then a three way chat (bless conference calls) that lasted till late into the night- beats any fancypants NYE party anytime :)
