This morning I woke up inhumanely early. And feeling much disorientated, to say the least. I had a feeling it wasn't going to be a very good day.


My mind has been in an absuolute state of chaos today. It has oscillated wildly from confusion to fear to trepidation to guilt and everything else in between.


I don't know what to say. The words don't seem to be coming out right. I wish you could give me a hug and tell me everything's alright. But I gather that seems unlikely to happen now.


I just feel so lost.
